This new part time School Sport & Workforce Manager role will work jointly with our current School Sport & Workforce Manager on our competition, leadership and apprenticeship programme as well as managing one of the primary school clusters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working with Secondary or Further Education students, either delivering sports leadership or coaching qualifications, as workforce development is a key part of the role. Candidates must also haven a proven track record of running competitions / events and have experience working with primary schools.
The School Sport & Workforce Managers are jointly responsible for the strategic development of School Sport and Workforce development across Kingsbury SSP. The main purpose of the post is
KSSP currently employs a fulltime School Sport & Workforce Manager, this new part time role has been added to our staffing structure to support growth and expansion of our school buy in programme and our primary apprenticeship scheme. The School Sport & Workforce Managers will be expected to work closely together to deliver the roles in the job description. Clear roles & responsibilities will be decided once the appointment has been made.
