It’s been a great week of Hockey, with Kingsbury SSP hosting the Year 5 & 6 Mixed Hockey on both Tuesday and Thursday!
Kinsgbury SSP are extremely proud of the amount of schools that entered across the two days! Each school put 100% effort in to each game and worked so well together as a team! Passion levels were high with tears of joy and despair from pupils in the later stages of the knockout rounds!
A special thank you and mention to the Sports Leaders from Erdington Academy and our Level 2 and 3 Apprentices for umpiring, scoring and assisting with the smooth running of the competitions.
A huge congratulations to Marsh Hill Primary School and Colbourne Primary School for winning their cluster competition!
Joining the above schools in the final are: Abbey Catholic Primary School, The Oval Primary School, Colborne Primary School and Timberly Primary School.
The final will take place after half term on Monday 12th November – we look forward to seeing some more fantastic Hockey skills!
