The year 1/2 sports hall athletics events may have finished, but the year 3/4 events are just getting under way. Thursday saw the first cluster event at Shard End Community Centre. The event was run by the PE apprentices as was a big success. Pupils competed in running, throwing and jumping events with the winning team moving forward to the final. Our top two teams were Brownmead and the Oval. The team scores were incredibly close, however, The Oval primary school won most of the field events and were declared the winners. Congratulations to all the pupils who took part and a big thanks to the teachers, parents and carers that can along to watch.
