After a week of high-quality and fierce competition – Paget Primary school are the overall victors of the Year 3 and 4 Multi Skill competition with a total of 318 points, smashing their previous record!

Paget were closely followed by Maryvale Primary Catholic School in 2nd and Warren Farm Primary School in 3rd.

Participation levels were high throughout the course of the week, with over 200 Primary School pupils taking part in the competition. A special mention to the staff of each primary school for their efforts bringing the students across to each host school safely and on time.

At the host schools (St. Edmund Campion, Erdington Academy, Stockland Green and Timberley Academy), 40 trainee Sports Leaders volunteered their time at the events – they all did a fantastic job assisting KSSP staff with the organisation and delivery of each competition. On the last of the fours days, our Level 2 apprentices were put in charge of running the event as part of their first practical assessment – they all passed with flying colours!

This has been an excellent start to the competition calendar – we’re looking forward to the year of competition ahead!
