The first primary competition of the KSSP year took place last Thursday with over 100 year 4, 5 & 6 pupils from the partnership taking part in cross country.

This was a great turn out for our first competition, with 19 teams attending from 9 schools!! It was keenly contested with some impressive running performances from all the schools who took part. The first four pupils from each school who crossed the line scored points for their schools.

The results were extremely tight with Marsh Hill B coming home in third place and Timberley A a close second. The winners were Marsh Hill A who ran brilliantly to record their first victory of the season.

Congratulations to all the pupils who took part. Many thanks to the staff from the primary schools who took part, the amazing sports leaders from Erdington Academy, the L2 Apprentices and the parents who came to support.
